FTMaintenance came to Top Floor in need of a website redesign, to help them promote their revamped software, meet their sales goals, and improve their company image. There were 3 main user groups the client wished to target, and create SEO rich content around. In addition, build rapport with potential users by establishing themselves as a professional, credible, and trustworthy software vendor.

The Solution

The homepage prompts the users to choose a path, based on one of the 3 user groups they identify with; Executives, Maintenance Managers, and Maintenance Technicians. Then presents that user with content, focused around how the software specifically benefits their needs. Each CMMS feature page highlights the capabilities and benefits of the software, and backs it up with multiple keyword focused resource downloads and videos. To increase SEO and help build rapport, the industry pages were created, supported by statistics, case studies and testimonials.
